Hence Q cracking the whip on Mueller with the latest posts so he doesn't get too creative with rhetoric at the hearing.
From previous tangles with the media I would say we can pretty much predict how the congressional hearings will go: Mueller will leave enough rhetorical mystery in the air to give the biased media something to run with for a day or two, but not enough to incur the wrath of Q - a balancing act he can pull off in his sleep.
As for the overall gameplan. I would say at a guess it is as if an Angel flew down and whispered in the Presidents ear 'With all the light coming into the planet on a daily basis, the longer you leave the arrests and big headlines, the better it will be...'
This means that a kindof cultivated sense of immanency is given to the topic - after all it is happening at some point - to keep the awakened core interested and attentive, with plenty of leeway in place for a leisurely stealing up on the Big Newsday.
How leisurely remains to be seen.
From the point of view of those really wanting to see some media engaging action, as long as the President is as comfortably and deservedly popular as he is there seems no immediate need to play cards that might come in useful later - tho they will end face up on the table eventually.
Epstein looks like the news event that will yield the most public education in the short term.
