Is America a Democracy a Republic or something else?
The Founding Fathers established “the united states of America” as a Republic. (No longer that.)
Congressmen and MSM (Media) refer to America as a Democracy. (Not that, but “they” do seek public support.)
The all Caps “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” communicates a Corporation.
The Fasci on the walls of the House and the Mercury Dime (1916-1945) communicate Fascism.
A Democracy is a system of Majority Rule, and clearly past Administrations do not operate on what the Majority wants.
A Republic is a system where the Rule of Law is supreme (Equal Justice Under Law). Given our laws do not apply to Banking, Courts, Government employees, or Corporations America is not a Republic. The Rule of Law (Golden Rule) is the most significant difference between a Republic and all other forms of Government.
Do not confuse Codes, Acts, or Statutes with Law. They are called “Laws” as a means of deception (Fraud), at best they are Policies as a Corporation might adopt. Any time a Policy harms people it is a crime. Government employees exercise Power in violation of their Authority. No one, I mean NO ONE is Authorized to harm people, unless the accused has harmed others. Self defense is tricky, because we mostly need to defend ourselves from Corporations and Government, and they don’t play by the Policies they adopt.
America is or was a Corporation; a corporation is a form of Dictatorship. I say was because there are some signals which suggest the Queen of England has dissolved / surrendered the Corporation, or is about to dissolve the Corporation (Trump inspects British Troops, Reagan reviewed the troops but not with the Queen). I also question if the “Queen” is being impersonated as a result of her death (marking the end of the monarchy).
Is America Fascist? This would explain the Double-Standard where Elites and Government are Above the Law. All oppressive system of Government employs a Double-Standard. Including Socialism, Communism, Fascism, Monarchy, Theocracy, Dictatorship, Feudalism… The fact we have Fasci all around, and that Bankers only gamble on a Sure Thing (WW2) is sufficient evidence America is Fascist.
If WW2 was a War of European Fascism verses American Fascism; who won? (Why the Fascists of course) And who gets to pay back the loans made by the Banks? (Why “We the People” of course) Why would criminals pay for their crimes against the people if they don’t have to?
So if you ever have any doubt who is running the show… It’s the Bankers (FEDERAL RESERVE / Central Banks).
However I do believe Patriots and Donald Trump are about to resolve that and restore the Republic. If not, we are screwed. In part, this is why Trump does not break the Law, contrary to accusations.
